We ship discreetly from the USA; your secret’s safe with us!

Orders placed before 2PM EST (Mon–Fri) ship the same day.
After that? They’ll go out the next business day. Weekends and holidays are for lounging, not shipping.

 

Within the U.S.

Carrier: USPS Priority or UPS Ground
Delivery Time: 1–5 business days
Cost: Free for orders over $70 or $10.95 for smaller orders

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO and U.S. Territories too, everyone deserves hot underwear.

 

International

Delivery Time: 6–15 business days (depending on where you live, babe)
Cost:
💌 $15 for orders $0–$50
💌 $20 for orders $51–$100
💌 $30 for orders $101+

Billing & shipping info must match international orders.
Heads up: Some countries charge customs fees or import taxes, those charges are under your responsibility (we don’t like it either, but we play by the rules).

  

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We know sometimes things don’t fit, match, or spark joy, and that’s okay, babe.
You’ve got 30 days from your purchase to return your goodies. After that, they’re officially yours (and we hope you’re loving them!).

 

To be accepted, your items must be:

🏷️ With tags attached & original packaging included

 

Pop your original packing slip inside and write your order number outside the box, that helps us process it faster than you can say “oops, I ordered the wrong size.”

Once we get your return, we’ll inspect it and email you an update:

✨ Approved? Refund on the way to your original payment method.
💔 Not approved? We’ll let you know why and what to do next.

 

Sale & Clearance items: Clearance sale items and free gifts can’t be refunded or exchanged. They are just fabulous deals, and we hope you’re enjoying them!
